Certification process

You have a project that you would like to certify according to Minergie but there is no local Minergie Standard? Contact us!

We will first determine the appropriate building standard and carry out a pre-check. After that, we will proceed with the usual certification process. See the Guide for worldwide certification below for further details.

Certification rates

As a general rule, the rate is 1.5 times the standard rate in accordance with the applied building standard. The maximum fee that can be charged is double the standard rate. This may be the case, for example, if project-specific exceptions have to be defined.
